Anne is the Ely school superintendent & will be speaking about the upcoming operating referendum that the school is proposing in November. 

MENU OPTIONS:

• “Paddler” beef burger with choice of cheese & choice of side
• French dip on grilled sourdough (with or without swiss chess) with choice of side

Crystal Schlueter writes a weekly food column in the Ely Echo and The New Babbitt Weekly News, where she shares recipes and stories about the local cuisine. This led to a cookbook deal with the Minnesota Historical Society. Her book features a collection of beloved local ethnic recipes and ingredients. She will discuss her desire to preserve local ethnic recipes for future generations, and share about the process of writing a cookbook.
