Craig & Diane Loughery and Evan Faltesek
Haiti Water Project, Partially Funded by the Rotary Club of Ely

The program this week is The Haiti Water Project.

It is presented by long time Ely Rotarians, Craig & Diane Loughery and Evan Faltesek.

The Haiti Water Project was conceived in 2013, with planning, fundraising and Grant writing taking place in 2014 and it came to fruition in 2015.

The Rotary Club of Ely contributed $4,000, recruited several other Clubs from our District 5580 and acquired matching Grants from both the District and from Rotary International.

This presentation is an important step in informing our members about International Service. It also provides a knowledge base, and an opportunity to discuss the possibility of future International Projects for the Rotary Club of Ely.

The trio will present a PowerPoint including details, photos and information outlining how this Water Project was created and installed and highlighting its successful outcome.
