Dates, Deals, Details and Deadlines for The Ely Rose Sale.

Our presenter this week is Ely Rotary Club member, Terri Olson.

Terri is Chair of the Rose Sale Committee.

This is the second annual Rose Sale. In 2022 we partnered with the Duluth #25 Club and this year we going on our own.
Terri will be distributing ticket books, of ten tickets, to each member on Wednesday, May 3rd. Each member is asked to sell a minimum of 10 tickets.  Perhaps you have friends, colleagues, neighbors, or customers you would like to recognize? If you think you will have a difficult time achieving 10 sales, you are encouraged to sign up for a sales shift at Zup’s entry way, joining other Rotarians. Rotary members will be selling tickets at Zup’s for four weekends from 10 am to 3 pm:  May 20 and 21; May 27 & 28 and June 3 & 4; June 10 & 11.  Each ticket costs $25 for one dozen roses. The Roses will be available for pick up at Zup’s from 10 am to 2 pm on Fri., Sat., and Sun., July 7, 8 & 9. Please place dates that work for you on your schedule and make reservations to sign up soon on an online  volunteer site scheduling spreadsheet, which will be available soon.
The deadline for selling tickets AND turning in your ticket stubs and money is Wednesday, June 14th.
